Call usYou are booking a class (Economy, SUV, Minivan, etc.). The exact make and model is confirmed at pickup based on availability. If you need a specific model for a reason, call us before booking and we will do our best to hold one for you.
Your reservation is held for 2 hours past the scheduled pickup time. If you are running late, call the depot and we will extend the hold. After 2 hours the car is released back to the fleet.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Within 24 hours, a one-day rental fee may apply. No-shows are charged the full first day. Cancel online or by phone, whichever is easier.
Basic third-party liability insurance, unlimited mileage, fuel at pickup (full tank), and tax. The number you see is the number you pay, with the exception of optional upgrades like full coverage or an additional driver.
YVR delivery is available on request for an additional fee. Call the depot at least 4 hours before pickup to arrange. The depot is 10 minutes from the airport, so most customers prefer to pick up directly.
Valid driver's license from your country of residence (international visitors may need an International Driving Permit), a credit card in the driver's name, and a piece of government-issued photo ID. That is it.
